We are looking for a commercially minded Product Manager / Head of Product who has a passion for products and customers.
Main Job Function
- Oversee product department
- Responsible for driving strategy and innovation
- Manage a team of product developers, assistants, and commercial analysts
- Manage and develop menu, prices, recipes, formulations, process, and equipment innovations
- Ensure product management – QSR including commercial success
- Drive results
- Research and identify trends and products to support brand growth and customer retention
- Provide product training for team members
- Maintain stakeholder relationships
Qualifications
Completed Degree / Diploma
Experience/Criteria
- Must have 5 years of experience in a Product Management role
- QSR industry experience is essential
- Experience in strategic forward-thinking and product innovation
- Experience in new product and existing product development
- Strong commercial acumen
- Solid understanding of costing
- Team management experience
- Driven and results-focused
- Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
