Vacancy: Admin Assistant – Online Store & General Office Administration
Are you organized, proactive, and eager to grow? We’re looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team and support our online store and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of our online store.
Handle general office administration and support tasks.
Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and in person.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable with administrative tasks and eager to learn.
Excellent communication skills across various channels (email, phone, face-to-face).
A team player with a willingness to take initiative.
Advantageous Skills:
Experience with eCommerce platforms.
Knowledge of Sage Pastel or similar accounting software.
Background in accounting or bookkeeping will be beneficial.
