We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our PMB based client. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability
- Manage contracts, including negotiating terms and ensuring compliance
- Perform regular cost analysis and provide financial advice throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee procurement processes and manage supplier relationships
- Monitor project progress and prepare valuation reports
Requirements:
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience in construction or property development projects
- Knowledge of building regulations, contract law, and cost control methods
