Qualifications & Requirements:
•5 to 10 years’ experience gained as a Talent Manager with in a National corporate environment of which 5 years are gained at a leadership level
•Grade 12
•BCom Hons Human Resources Degree
•Registration as Psychometrist at HPCSA
Responsibilities:
•Administration and document control during complete life cycle of employee's, contractors and vendors from on-boarding to exiting.
•Specify projects objectives, budgeting, scheduling and setting performance requirements.
•Plans, develops and implements processes and procedures aligned with Human Capital operational scope and legislation.
•Complies with submission of all statutory reports.
•May be responsible for the complete human resources administrative function within a branch or division or could be responsible for an area of a specialisation e.g. pension administration or employee benefits administration.
•Administration could include housing, car, medical, loan, pension, leave, grievance, disciplinary process, manpower statistics, government returns and performance appraisal documentation process.
