Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all operational departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and front office.
Ensure that all lodge activities are executed to 5-star standards, delivering excellence in every aspect of guest service.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Monitor and manage budgets, including cost controls and resource allocation.
Lead and mentor departmental managers and teams to foster a culture of professionalism and high performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable and positive experience.
Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
Requirements:
A relevant qualification in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of operations management experience in a luxury or 5-star establishment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Strong financial and budget management expertise.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
