We are seeking a skilled
HR Generalist
to support our team in a
dynamic hospitality environment . If you are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and have strong HR experience within the hospitality industry, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes tailored to hospitality roles.
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospitality industry regulations.
Administer benefits, respond to employee inquiries, and support compensation-related matters.
Develop and deliver training programs focused on customer service and compliance.
Oversee performance evaluations and provide coaching for employee development.
Maintain accurate HR records and uphold confidentiality.
Implement employee retention and engagement strategies to reduce turnover.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5+ years of HR experience , ideally within the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of HR practices specific to hospitality and relevant labour laws.
Proficiency in
HR software, ATS,
and
payroll systems .
