The Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer will lead the design, development, and testing of electronic hardware components for a leading Defence/Aerospace company. This role requires a strong technical background in electronics, the ability to solve complex engineering problems, and experience in leading projects from concept through to production.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop electronic hardware systems
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
- Test and validate hardware designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware design and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic hardware technologies and apply them to projects.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
- Extensive experience in electronic hardware design and development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
