Along with diary management, you will need excellent customer service and communication skills as you will be liaising with potential adopters, social workers, external agencies such as medical professionals and other local authorities.You will be expected to work on your own initiative, keep calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines. You should have a methodical and concise approach to tasks and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
