Description
We are seeking an exceptional IT Director to oversee our company's IT infrastructure ensuring optimal performance security and alignment with business goals. This role includes managing IT resources troubleshooting issues implementing new systems and providing technical support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT infrastructure ensuring optimal performance security and alignment with business goals.
- Manage IT resources including budget staff and vendors.
- Implement new systems technologies and processes to improve IT operations.
- Provide technical support to staff ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations including data protection and cybersecurity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Experience in budget management project planning and vendor negotiation.
- Strategic thinking decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Technical proficiency learning agility adaptability and continuous learning.
