Procurement / Purchasing Officer (m/f/d)
- Managing and overseeing daily order processes to ensure proper and timely execution.
- Conducting price comparisons to identify cost-effective procurement options.
- Reviewing and verifying invoices to ensure accurate billing and payment.
- Monitoring delivery deadlines to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Performing control and reconciliation activities, resolving discrepancies and errors independently.
- Creating and updating process documentation to ensure transparent and traceable operations.
- 4-6 years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally within the public sector or education.
- Experience in operational procurement or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge in order processing, price comparison, and invoice verification.
