Chilworth Partnership are working with a leading UK Services organisation, based near Portsmouth, in their search for a SAP Payroll Lead. This is a newly created role will be critical in the SAP Service and Programme; delivering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing SAP functionality.
Reporting to the Head of Department, responsibilities will include:
- Provide expert level design, configuration, and functional support for the SAP solutions in the SAP Payroll and HCM modules/solutions of ECC6.
- Design, configure, support, and deliver SuccessFactors ECP and relevant integrations.
- Configuration of HR master data, wage types, infotypes, payroll schema and symbolic accounts.
- Develop understanding of configuration dependencies and integration points between separate functional modules of SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills.
You will:
- Have sound, hands-on SAP Payroll design, configuration, and support experience.
- Have excellent understanding of business processes and integrations within SAP Payroll to deliver the service.
- Have integration experience with SuccessFactors and SAP Modules, Project Systems, Timesheets and HR.
- Any experience of line management would be beneficial.
The business have implemented an excellent long term term hybrid working pattern, with an expectation to be in the office 1-2 days a week.
