Job Description:
Deliver professional table service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience for patrons.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome guests, present menus, and take accurate orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests.
Address customer concerns or escalate them to management as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Required Qualifications:
Grade 12/Matric Certificate preferred.
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
