Job Description:
Maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for staff and patrons.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sanitize tables, floors, restrooms, and kitchen areas.
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes.
Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of supply needs.
Report maintenance issues for prompt resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Grade 12/Matric
Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety standards.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Physical stamina and time management skills.
