Process Optimization: Identify, implement, and monitor improvements to global training rollouts to ensure efficiency, scalability, and high-quality outcomes across the organization.
-
Quality Control & Monitoring: Develop frameworks for monitoring and reporting on learning program delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related field.
-
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a consulting or project management role, preferably in organizational development, learning, or business.

Proven experience managing projects within a governance framework, particularly in a global or multi-regional context.

Strong background in developing strategic concepts, conducting analyses, and preparing detailed decision-making reports for senior leadership.

Experience in process optimization and ensuring high standards of quality control within learning or organizational initiatives.
-
Skills: Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking, with a hands-on approach to project execution.
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
-
Highly adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects across different regions and business functions simultaneously.
-
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools is advantageous.
