The Senior HR Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The purpose of this role is to drive HR projects forward, contribute to the overall HR strategy, and support the achievement of organizational goals.
Primary duties:

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budget, timelines, and risk management strategies.

Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, milestones, and key metrics.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

Advanced certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CSM, CPMP) is a plus.

Proven experience (3+ years) in HR project management, with a strong track record of successfully leading and delivering complex HR initiatives.

Experience in the management of classic and agile projects

Previous experience with several HR IT systems, preferably with Workday, SAP HCM, or ServiceNow (HRSD)

In-depth knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and industry trends.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management systems, especially SmartSheet

Fluent in English, good command of written and spoken German is a plus
