Purpose of the Job
The BTL (Below-the-Line) & Sponsorship Manager is responsible for leading a team managing sponsorship and BTL execution at events and key classes of trade. Key deliverables include identifying fit for purpose sponsorship partnerships and ensuring our BTL strategies and playbooks are optimally deployed into the consumer channels. This role requires a creative marketer with a strong background in experiential marketing, sponsorship negotiation, and event management. The BTL & Sponsorship Manager will work to enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and create memorable brand experiences that align with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team in managing sponsorship and BTL execution.
- Identify and establish fit for purpose sponsorship partnerships.
- Ensure optimal deployment of BTL strategies and playbooks.
- Enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement.
