Job Requirements:

Good understanding of: GSM/UMTS/LTE & NR technologies
Conversant with: Radio Network Performance Improvement
Ability to: Analyse the network KPIs & identify the abnormalities quickly
Understand the issue: Plan improvement actions
Focus on: Continuous improvement in the Network performance indicators
Understanding of: Parameters and features working
Formulate and implement: Network optimization solutions according to user complaints and coverage problems reported by customers
Ability to impart: Skills to other technical team members
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Network Performance Improvement with any OEM or leading Service Provider
Preferred experience: Latest ZTE systems
Proficient in: MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Strong: Communication and presentation skills
Ownership: Readiness to dedicate as per the requirements of the network & customer
Ability to work: As a team
