Job Title: Estimator
Location: SA - Gauteng, Germiston
Salary: R390 - R585K per annum (based on experience and qualifications)
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, BTech or BSc in Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- 5 to 8 years of site and estimating experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to analyse information and problem-solving skills
- Able to make decisions
- Must be able to work under pressure and independently
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
- Must have a valid driver’s license
