Seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager with experience in Exports to oversee and manage critical operations, drive efficiency, and deliver on project objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is integral to ensuring smooth execution of operations, managing exports, and contributing to the scalability and growth of the business.
Minimum Requirements: - 3+ years of proven experience as an Operations Manager
- Demonstrated experience in managing export processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in operational software (e.g., ERP, CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency across various departments
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices
- Manage export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and on-time delivery
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve performance goals
- Monitor supply chain and logistics processes to ensure quality control and timely outcomes
- Develop and analyze KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Manage operational budgets and resources to maximize cost-efficiency
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and relationship management
