Experience
- 1 year’s experience as a consultant/teller or 3 years’ experience in a Financial Institution.

Duties and Responsibilities
CUSTOMER CENTRICITY
- Excellent client service to ensure client retention
- Assessing clients’ needs to provide effective solutions
- Update all client records on internal systems
- Successful relationship building with relevant departments to achieve clients’ needs
- Process transactions in line with customer requests and operational guidelines promptly and effectively
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Record all transactions promptly and accurately on the relevant system in compliance with bank procedures
- Update all registers and documentation daily
- Order cash proactively before cut-off and assist with deliveries where necessary
- Work according to documented policy and procedure to ensure that all necessary documents are in place and clients' information and transactions are correct
- Contribution to teamwork ensuring accountability, delivery, sharing information and effectiveness of the area
- All relevant training courses (online and/or classroom) must be attended/completed as per the given deadlines.
FINANCE
- Manage expenses by minimizing losses, write-offs, and revenue leakages
- Exceptional customer service
- Identify and refer leads for products and/or services that the bank offers to improve customer product utilization to more than one product per customer
- Process transactions accurately
- Record transactions and manage cash balances
- Process transactions in line with procedures
- Professional service quality and promote digitization and migration to digital channels
LEARNING AND GROWTH
- Completion of all Areas as per PDP and all Mandatory Training
