Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Manage the sales environment with a focus on productivity and revenue generation.
- Oversee onboarding and testing of new campaigns.
Team Development:
- Lead and inspire Sales Managers and Team Leaders.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance performance.
- Create a high-performance culture through incentives and celebration.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and revenue goals.
Process & Financial Oversight:
- Optimize budgets, resources, and processes to meet production goals.
- Identify and implement strategies for revenue growth and premium collections.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of innovation to enhance operational efficiencies.
What You’ll Need:
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Degree/Diploma advantageous
- RE, FAIS, and KI qualifications preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in a similar role (Sales/Operations Manager).
- Experience managing a headcount between 40-55.
- Short-term insurance experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of success with strong references.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or as per department requirements).
