Must have a Microbiology / Food Technology Diploma or B.Tech Chemical Engineering. Must have minimum 3 years hands-on manufacturing with Quality, Food Safety, and Safety systems, Syspro experience. Experience with the packaging plant, utilities supply, ensuring adherence to the Packaging plan, productivity and quality requirements. Supervision of packaging staff, plant and utilities.
