Experience: - Professional Background:
- 5-10 years in business analysis, finance, M&A, contracts, or related fields.
- Expertise in deal analysis, financial models, due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Experience managing M&A, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge of financial statements, contract negotiation, and deal structures.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Experience in finance, technology, healthcare, or similar industries.
- Understanding of regulatory environments (e.g., competition laws, anti-bribery).
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
- Experience in due diligence and risk assessments.
- Risk Management:
- Ability to identify, mitigate, and report risks in transactions.
Qualifications: - Educational Background:
- Bachelors Degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
- MBA or Masters in finance is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), financial modelling tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and deal management platforms.
