The mission of this role is processing payments, balancing cash, counting money, and accurately processing payments into the Smart Safes. This includes using a computerized cashiering system, issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash transactions.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Process money transfer orders with speed, accuracy, and tact.
- Provide information about services to customers.
- Resolve order incidences working together with the Customer Service department.
- Till organization, controls and compliance:
- Organize and balance his/her own till quickly and without mistakes.
- Be present at the assigned counter position at all times when on duty to serve customers.
- Keep the till organized at all times.
- Check daily reports.
- Implement the company established procedures to accomplish regulations, AML, and security in the workplace.
- Business orientation:
- Promote and sell pro-actively all products offered by the company.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Customer service and commercial focused.
Work Experience
- Minimum 6 months cash-handling experience is required.
- One year of work experience in customer service and/or cashier positions.
The ideal candidate must be willing and able to work at our store locations, which are situated in various community-centered areas. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in these environments and is open to engaging with the local community.
