You will also be responsible for:
- Collaborate with the business to support or co-lead pricing strategies during the tender process with a strong commercial focus.
- Ensure financial targets and metrics are on track, advising on deviations and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
- Oversee and manage customer performance throughout the contract lifecycle, focusing on profitability and outcome-based results.
- Actively contribute to sustainable commercial agreements by evaluating risks, considering competitor strategies, and proposing viable pricing solutions.
- Assist the business and customers in co-developing innovative business models, quantifying value, and ensuring pricing transparency.
- Identify and drive initiatives to improve the P&L, such as upselling opportunities, efficiency enhancements, waste reduction, risk mitigation, and optimising channel utilisation.
- Consolidate and analyse extensive data from multiple suppliers to provide clear, actionable pricing advice.
- Offer guidance on the financial implications of proposed tender solutions.
- Encourage organisational behaviours aligned with financial goals.
