A company based in Burgess Hill is looking for a Planning Associate to join their company on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an award-winning company.
Your new role
Below is a list of key responsibilities for this role -
- Developing communication and engagement
- Data entry and ensuring accuracy
- Regularly keeping customers updated and ensuring effective communication via telephone and email
- Planning day-to-day resources with key stakeholders
- Identify areas for supply chain process improvements and prevent or correct demand problems
- Handling enquiries, complaints and resolutions
- Support the weekly meetings by providing insights to build a supply overview
What you'll need to succeed You will have previous planning experience and have used CRM, SAP, ERP systems, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and organisation. You will be able to work well within a team and independently and be able to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll get in return This is a Monday to Friday 9am-5pm hybrid working role, paying £15-£16 per hour. The start date for this role is ASAP and you will need to be immediately available to start.
