Provide resource/s that would be able to complement current resource capacity, assist BankservAfrica in terms of Project Management:
Key role responsibilities (not limited to):
a.Review, analyse and document the current project plan and requirements.
b.Define the needs and requirements of specific and identified project deliverables.
c.Manage the various subprojects and the deliverables to ensure overall project success, conduct project meetings and reporting/review sessions.
d.Document and manage the decision, risk, and issue logs and requirements.
e.Document and analyse project deliverables and timelines.
f.Manage project deliverables against the required timelines and outcomes.
g.Work with the BankservAfrica PMO team and utilize the PMO process, templates, systems, and methodologies.
h.Documenting and or updated the project artefacts.
i.Ensure all artefacts adheres/aligns to the BSA CI and the PMO templates
j.Project reporting.
k.Provide expert knowledge and framework for project and subproject management.
l.Supporting the project team and management.
m.Recommend project enhancements and reporting standards.
n.Recommend performance and monitoring optimization as it relates to the project and deliverables.
o.Updating the PPO system every week to ensure accurate reporting
