Opportunity available for a Candidate Attorney to join this well established conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a solid foundation in property law and conveyancing processes under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of property transfer documents.
- Liaise with clients, deeds office, banks, and municipalities.
- Conduct research and draft legal correspondence.
- Provide administrative and legal support to the conveyancing team.
- Learn and contribute to all aspects of the conveyancing process.
Requirements:
- A completed LLB degree .
- A strong interest in property law and conveyancing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and an eagerness to learn conveyancing software (e.g., GhostConvey, Lexis Convey).
