REQUIREMENT
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in networking, security, firewalls, Windows
servers and virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V. Additionally, the
candidate should possess strong skills in WiFi management, VOIP systems like 3CX, and mail
security solutions such as Mimecast.
Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in technical support or system engineering
roles.
Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting enterprise networking, firewalls,
virtualization platforms, WiFi systems, VOIP solutions, and mail security tools.
Previous hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls, SD-WAN solutions, Windows Servers,
and email security tools (Spam Titan, Mimecast)

Qualifications
Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, VCP (VMware Certified Professional), MCSE
(Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert), and certifications in WiFi, VOIP, or mail security
technologies are strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills
Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). BGP skills
advantageous.
Expertise in routing, switching, VLANs, IP routing, and network segmentation.
Proficiency with firewalls and security tools. Fortinet preferred.
Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Peplink preferred) and related network optimizations.
Advanced knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, and other virtualization technologies.
Expertise in configuring and managing WiFi networks and VOIP systems like 3CX.
Strong experience with mail security solutions like Mimecast.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022),
including core services like AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
