Our client, located in Gqeberha, is seeking to hire a Field Service Team Leader to join their team. This role reports directly to the maintenance manager and is instrumental in ensuring that all departmental management practices are consistently adhered to. Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Expertise :
- A recognized Trade Test qualification in a technical discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years’ industry experience specializing in forklifts or materials handling equipment.
- Proven STEP 3 technical competencies (or equivalent level).

Leadership Skills :
- Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, and coach a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Strong capacity toplan, organize, and controlbusiness activities and personnel to ensure optimal productivity and operational efficiency.
Customer Service Focus :
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, paired with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to address client needs effectively.
Strategic and Financial Acumen :
- Proficiency in implementing departmental strategic objectives to drive success.
- The ability tointerpret financial targets and develop actionable plans to achieve the team’s financial goals.
Regulatory and Safety Knowledge :
- Comprehensive understanding of OHSACT , ASEC , and relevantenvironments.
