Job Title: Business Support Officer (Repairs)
Location: Ealing, West London W5 2HL, 3 days a week office / 2 days remote
Hourly rate 23.19 PAYE / 30.17 UMB Per Hour
Contract Length: 3-month initial contract (possibility of extension)
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours

Role purpose:
- To provide efficient and effective administration support to repairs and maintenance teams, surveyors, contractors and residents.
- To act as the first point of contact for members of the public on repairs issues and updates.
Key responsibilities:
- To manage and maintain two generic mailboxes in repairs, Surveyors R&M and Variations.
- Update our housing management system, OHMS, with repairs information, and supply updates requested from other departments within the directorate.
- Organise surveyors' diaries.
- Contract Variations when repairs are attended to by our main contractor Wates.
- Out of Hours repairs, logged, raised and follow ups.
- Raising work orders generally for the repairs manager.
- Liaising with residents by telephone and email.
- Assisting the Quantity Surveyor with invoicing.
- Organising and inputting data.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Experience of working in a customer focused service.
- Competent in office computer software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience using systems, OHMS & True Compliance (desirable)
- Experience in repairs and disrepairs (essential)
