Business Insight Analyst
Salary: 39,530 per annum
Contract: Maternity cover, up to 1 year
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent (Hybrid working available)
Hours of Work:
- Full-time (37 hours per week)
- Monday to Thursday: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm
- Friday: 8:45 am - 4:45 pm

This is an exciting opportunity to shape data strategy, identify key trends, and drive business improvements through insightful analysis.
About the Role
As a Business Insight Analyst, you will:
- Develop and deliver insightful business reporting using diverse datasets.
- Use data modelling and customer segmentation to optimise operations and predict future patterns.
- Analyse performance and key indicators to enhance critical service areas such as repairs, arrears, and compliance.
- Create visualisations and interrogate data using tools like Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Ensure compliance with statutory measures through surveys and analysis.
- Support strategic planning and decision-making with detailed analytic reports for senior leaders.
What We're Looking For

Key Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant data analysis qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and using data to drive improvements.
