As the company continues to expand, they are on the lookout for a motivated Permanent Billings Associate to join their dedicated Billing Department.
- Oversee timely billing processes for all active sites within the portfolio.
- Respond to complex account and billing queries from customers and other teams.
- Investigate and identify root causes of any billing issues effectively.
- Manage day-to-day processes efficiently and follow up on deadlines.
- Coordinate actions required for unbilled and ready to final bill reports.
- Maintain high billing standards to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Resolve internal and external queries surrounding problematic invoices.
- Desirable knowledge of utility billing processes in the energy industry.
You will need:-
- Able to manage conflicting priorities and high workloads during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong numeracy skills, high attention to detail, and accuracy.
- A pro-active self-starter with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Capability to recognise and escalate potential risks to the firm.
