We are CAM Fork Lift Trucks, a leading provider of high-quality material handling solutions, supporting businesses across the UK with innovative and reliable equipment to meet their operational needs.
We are now recruiting for an experienced Credit Control / Accounts Office Administrator to work with us on a part time basis, alongside our Senior Accounts Assistant.
We are entirely flexible on the hours the successful candidate will work with us but this will be a permanent, part time vacancy.
As our Credit Control / Accounts Office Administrator you will be responsible for:
• Credit Control
• Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls on a rota basis
• Producing and maintaining various reports
• General office duties
• Providing a level of holiday & absence cover for the Senior Accounts Assistant
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
• Related experience in both accounts and credit control and general office administration
• Knowledge of Sage Line 50 or similar accounting software
• A level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A friendly yet professional telephone manner
• A can-do attitude
