Job Description:
As the Working Capital Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Collaborate with the finance AR teams to drive continuous improvements in the cash collection process
Manage aged debt reporting, credit management, credit term negotiations, billing and collections
Minimize DSO and maximize cash inflows
Partner with the AP teams to enhance the cash payment process
Focus on supplier rationalization, the purchase order process, invoice processing, payment term negotiations and reconciliations
Develop and execute strategies to optimize working capital components
Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards and KPIs on working capital performance
Conduct in-depth analysis of working capital metrics, trends and variances
Provide actionable insights to senior management to aid decision-making and drive performance improvements
Regularly assess and enhance working capital processes, systems and controls to boost efficiency and accuracy
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across the organization
Deliver ongoing training to management, client-facing staff and back-office teams
Establish and lead a network of working capital champions across the Group to ensure working capital remains a priory across all business units
Ensure client credit limits are regularly updated, effectively monitored and consolidated for clients served across multiple countries
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in working capital management as part of treasury, finance or related roles
Experience working in the media industry would be highly advantageous
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis and MS Excel
Experience working on Netsuite
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in finance or accounting
Professional designation would be highly beneficial
