We are looking for dynamic and motivated Debt Review Agents to join our new call center in Wynberg, Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
*Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
Meet individual targets.
Requirements:
*Minium of 6 months experience in debt review or related financial advisory role.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Strong understanding of South African Debt review processes.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
*Proficiency in iDocs and relevant software.
