Purpose of the Role
To proactively cultivate and strengthen relationships with advisors by initiating outreach, facilitating the onboarding process for new advisors, and strategically engaging with leads. Overall, the objective is to represent STS Capital Partners professionally and ensure continued engagement with advisors for long-term, meaningful partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Initiating proactive outreach to advisors within our database, focusing on re-establishing connections and cultivating authentic, strong, and enduring relationships.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new advisors, taking a proactive approach to educate them on STS Capital Partners’ protocols and collaboratively develop strategies to enhance qualified deal flow.
- Building and nurturing relationships with leads through defined checkpoints, including telephone calls, text messages, video calls, and emails.
- Actively pursuing and driving leads forward to ensure a progressive engagement process.
- Working in a timely manner to analyze and address advisors’ questions and/or problems.
- Establishing an appropriate and productive cadence for meetings to consistently update and engage with STS advisors.
- Collaborating with team members and executives in scouting potential advisors.
- Ensuring the Advisor database remains current and up to date for optimal effectiveness.
- Participating in calls with CEOs, MDs, and other Senior Leaders, actively taking notes, providing call summaries, and facilitating the completion of action items.
- Representing STS Capital Partners in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a prerequisite, with knowledge of Maximizer Enterprise considered a valuable asset.
- Proven experience in Relationship Management at a senior level with a proactive solution-focused approach.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Proven experience in working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
