Credit Controller
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our client based in Bracknell.
The successful Credit Controller will be responsible for:
- Achieving overdue recovery targets through a pro-active, structured and methodical approach
- Contacting business customers/clients by phone, email, or mail regarding their accounts
- Ensuring the collection of past due accounts
- Proactively managing customer accounts to ensure timely collection of past due balances
- Ensuring barriers to payment are quickly identified and mediated.
- Developing and maintaining a successful partnership with customers, sales and other office teams
- Maintaining constant up-to-date CRM information
The Credit Controller will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills required
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
- Knowledge of CRM management,
- Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities
