Property Administrator (*Must have Fiber connection to apply)
We are seeking a tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented Property Administrator & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role requires expertise in property administration, exceptional data entry skills, and a strong ability to coordinate property maintenance activities efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain property management databases, ensuring all records are current and organized.
- Utilize ticketing systems to manage and prioritize maintenance requests efficiently.
- Coordinate dispatching of maintenance personnel to address issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist in developing and implementing property management strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Support property managers and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Availability immediately
- Demonstrated long-term commitment in previous roles.
- Own laptop with reliable internet (fiber is a must).
- Backup power (e.g., UPS) to ensure uninterrupted work during power outages.
- Flexibility to work 4 PM - 12 AM .
