- you will be part of an international and diverse 6-person development team as a lead and an important member of the editorial section
- you will be responsible for the development of the individual team members, motivating and helping them to achieve their goals
- in this position you will work closely with colleagues from other departments and our stakeholders

- you will be responsible for establishing a technical roadmap and balancing product and engineering concerns

- you have excellent abilities to manage multiple projects and adeptly handle frequent switches between different technology stacks
- you have in-depth knowledge of backend development, particularly in Java and Golang - additional experience in technologies like React, Cypress, and Kotlin would be beneficial
- you possess a solid understanding of cloud infrastructures, especially with AWS and Kubernetes
- you have great communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other departments
- you are solution-oriented, like to tackle complex technical challenges and are open to exploring new paths
- you are fluent in English – German would be a plus
