PARALEGAL SECRETARY
Location: Stellenbosch
Salary: R20 000 – R30 000 (Market Related) per month, depending on experience

Must preferably be available immediately!

Our client,a dynamic Property Company, are currently looking for a Paralegal Secretary, who can start Immediately or as soon as possible at their offices in Stellenbosch.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS PARALEGAL WITHIN THE PROPERTY INDUSTRY TO APPLY.

Requirements:
 Grade 12
 Any Legal Tertiary Qualification Advantageous
 Experience in Dealing with Home Owners Associations and Body Corporates
 Computer Literate in Legal Software
 Own transport

Duties include, but are not limited to:
 Dealing with external selling parties
 Driving project management
 Liaising with Conveyancing Attorneys & Consultants
 Assisting attorneys with the transfer of properties for all clients, including drafting Levy Clearance Certificates and Consent to Transfers
 Assist in the management of several Body Corporate’s and Homeowners’ Associations
 Monthly levy runs
 Interim financial reporting
 Uploading supplier payments
 Collection of outstanding levies
 Obtaining quotations for maintenance and repairs
