Legal & Administrative Coordinator
Closing Date : 2024-12-09 Closed : No Description: Our client, operating in the wine industry , is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Legal & Administrative Coordinator to join their team based in Stellenbosch . The incumbent will provide critical support to the executive team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Providing executive and legal support by managing legal documents, FICA compliance, corporate records, resolutions, legal liaison and board meeting preparations.
- Liaise with key accounts and finance, manage trade agreements, and ensure contract compliance and payment terms.
- Assist with maintaining brand partner databases.
- Organise and manage travel arrangements for executives.
- Coordinate venues, catering, and logistics for meetings and team events.
- Calculate rebates, prepare annual summaries, and manage quarterly calculations.
- Manage pricing updates, portfolio amendments, invoice reconciliations and promotional event oversight.
- All other tasks related to the role.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
- Matric required;
- A relevant technical qualification will be advantageous;
- 3-5 years' proven experience in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of contract management, corporate governance, and FICA requirements;
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems;
- Valid license and own reliable transport.
