Assistant Manager, SW11 London 28k
We are currently recruiting for a passionate Assistant Manager for this stunning site based in SW London.
With several bars and catering facilities across this site, this is a busy operation.
As the Assistant Manager, you will be
Managing the bar, stock levels, ordering and preparing Hot & Cold Beverages
Supporting the GM with the running of the site and team management
Involved with budgets and financial paperwork
Building relationships with clients and customers
The site is a 7 day operation so working hours will be 5/7 including weekends, approx. 40 hours a week
Our ideal candidate would
Be a strong Assistant Manager or Supervisor looking for a step up
Have experience within restaurants and bars in a commercial environment
Ideally have worked within a 5 hotel, members club or similar
Have a personal license (ideally)
Have exceptional organizational and planning skills within the ability to look ahead
Be able to prioritise and work under pressure
Have enthusiasm and passion for food as well as an understanding of food trends
Be a driven self-starter with passion and motivation
Be friendly and flexible with a positive can do attitude
