Planning Team Leader
Location: West Midlands
Salary: 25-27 per hour
Duration: 5 months
Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in the West Midlands with their recruitment of a Planning Team Leader who is responsible for the management, supervision, and co-ordination of business, technical and administrative processes and in organising key aspects of the repairs function.
What will you do in the role?
- Manage a team of 7response & repairs officers to co-ordinate repairs
- Lead the accurate and timely maintenance of repairs data, so that all jobs are tracked, and follow-up work is appropriately actioned
- Support the right-first-time approach, by allocating jobs with the right staff/operative and/or contractor resource to reduce the need for repeat visits
- Uphold the standards for ensuring repairs are completed to meet service standards, appointment times and completion deadlines
- Take oversight of the management of the day-to-day functions of the back office and scheduling software systems, ensuring that systems are operating at the optimum
Who would excel in this role?
- Experience of leading a repairs scheduling team
- Data and systems driven, with experience of using data to improve services and enhance dashboards
- A good team manager, with experience of recruiting, training & mentoring
