Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Record all cash transactions accurately in the cashbook.
- Reconcile the company's cashbook with bank statements on a regular basis.
- Process payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and statements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Min of Matric essential; Degree, Certificate or Diploma advantageous.
- Experience working on AccPac advantageous.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Package & Remuneration:
R 10 000 to R 30 000 CTC
