To contribute to a positive workforce experience through innovative learning solutions to address business requirements. Partner with relevant stakeholders on allocated projects; driving efficiencies, agility & commercial viability by optimizing technology in the design & development of integrated learning solutions. Interpret future requirements & shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritizing & ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives implemented, to address needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Social Science or equivalent.
Experience Required:
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years demonstrated workplace experience in Learning.
• In-depth experience collaborating with key stakeholders and business leaders around learning experiences and enhancements to gain an understanding of their requirements to inform design methodologies and approaches.
• Use deductive and inductive research and analytics approaches to inform design content which supports a positive learning experience.
• Prior experience contributing suggestions on the design and content of learning technology, ensuring alignment with group standards and Corporate Identity.
• Must have experience in assisting with rectifying technical queries regarding access to content libraries and digital platforms.
