Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Law: LLB, BProc or B Jurus Degree (LLB, MBA Preferred)
- Intermediate computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with contract management systems
- Strong personality with an ability to communicate effectively (Advantageous)
- Knowledge of the logistics industry
- Knowledge of freight forwarding
Job Related Requirements
- 5 years Post Qualification experience in a senior position
- Admission as an Attorney
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and contracts, locally and internationally
- Technical knowledge of legal structures and agreements within the logistics industry
- Knowledge and experience of privacy laws and regulations with the ability to provide training to key stakeholders
