Essentially you will assist the Incident Management team in handling service incidents, ensuring they are resolved both efficiently and effectively.
This position requires collaborating closely with the Incident Manager to prioritise incidents, manage resources, and document procedures to avoid future incidents.

Educational Background: ITIL v4 Foundation or similar certification preferred.
Experience: Some experience in IT support, incident response or a similar role is advantageous.
