PAYE Day Pay Rates
Weekday: £205.00 (£230.00 with hols inclusive)
Weeknight: £230.00 (£258.00 with hols inclusive)
Driver Require are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a manufacturing company based in Lichfield
Main Responsibilities
Delivering to major RDC’s with some multidrop
Ensure that daily vehicle checks are carried out and any defects are duly reported, ensuring the vehicle and its load are road-worthy and do not pose a threat to other road-users.
Liaising with Customers
Abide by customers rules and regulations whilst on site
Liaising with the Transport Team to ensure that they are kept appraised of the status of your delivery and whereabouts
Effectively managing your driving time so that you don’t acquire infringements.
Skills and Experience Required
Ideally, over 2 years’ experience of driving HGV vehicles on UK roads
Valid Full HGV Class 1 licence
Maximum 3 points on licence with no major convictions (DD/DR/IN10's)
Driver CPC qualification card
