With exponential growth exceeding 600% last year, we are searching for a driven Sales Development Manager to lead our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and coach the SDR team to meet daily KPIs (calls, emails).
- Review call recordings, provide constructive feedback, and refine objection-handling techniques.
- Collaborate with the Marketing/Demand-gen team to equip SDRs for success.
- Act as a "player-coach" to demonstrate and drive excellent SDR performance.
- Manage and report on SDR metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Manager.
- 3+ years as an SDR, including phone outreach.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Orum (preferred).
- Strong leadership, ownership, and integrity in client and team interactions.
- Experience in E-Commerce or SaaS sales (a plus).
Schedule and Compensation
- Monday-Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM PST (US)
- On-track earnings: $1,500/month
- Paid time off and work-from-home benefits.
Requirements
- Stable internet connection (15 Mbps min) with a backup of at least 10 Mbps.
- LAN connection required.
